I saw Jeffers on Loan at Ipswich 3 years ago and if he stays fit and gets his head right then the guy is quality.

Arsene Wenger isn't the worst judge of a player i've ever seen and he paid £9m for Jeffers a few years ago.

For a league 2 club he is definately worth a punt in my opinion.

personally i think he should playing at lease in the Blue squar premier or what ever its called these day :P but i guess he is worth a try !

He is a hot head and turned Ipswich down on a permanent deal in favour of Sheffield Wednesday for more money when we would have been better for his career, he is also injury prone but seriously when it all comes together for him he is Premiership class and would score goals for fun in leagues 1 and 2 if he stays fit. He is only 29 as well so a club would get 2 or 3 good years out of him yet.
